Hello!
Maybe you mean the sound of weapons? If you mean that, you need to use an application called "Alci's SAAT Gui Frontend" that allows you to mod the sounds of the game, for example engines and weapons sounds. Then, you need to get the modified sound mods. It's similar to use IMG Tool, but with the sounds replacing. You always should do backups first. I hope I have understood your question
