this mod is called real effect. this mod modify the particle effect like dust, explosion, blood, tear gas, etc. to install this mod is easy, just replace the file in model. it work in mta

i think this mod not make PC to much lagging because this mod just replace the original particle image files with better one. if this mod make PC lagging, the lag isn't much

It would cause a frame drop since GPU would have to render a lot more pixels.
