Layth annnoy me by asking for money always ...
He is in my squad and i kicked him , and he said "if u kick me ill report u"
And he always annoy me and annoy ZOMBIE_SLAYER

yes that is all truth he is asking for money all the time and he sayed that he w reborted me to drkath and i have the truth and sayed that will rebort me and g4e for kicking him out of the squad

No rules has been broken so no action will be taken, although if he is constantly begging on chat it can be counted as spam provided evidence (a screenshot) some action could be taken against the player. Although my best advice against these player is to block them. You can block a certain player by going on your phone(in game phone, appears by pressing f1 key), open sms app >find the player's name from the list and then block them. By doing so you will no longer be able to receive any of there messages and there chat messages will be disappeared as well.
