Virtual assistant

A new feature to help out players has been added. You can now ask basic questions about the server and an automated system will try to answer them.
Type: '/ask [question]' to ask a question.
Questions posted in chat are also answered. If you want your virtual assistant to only work with a command then press F1 -> Options app -> More settings -> Gameplay and un-check "Enable Virtual Assistant".
This program will continue to improve with more questions being asked.
