Website updates

[Drakath]

A new homepage has been added. This page will display the latest news and contain some other website features.

The premium (Coins) page has also been replaced with a new page. Along with some design improvements, we have added a top supporters list and a list of latest donations.

The video page was refurbished and now contains a navigation bar. We have also added some more space for videos.
Server monitor was changed to a smaller banner.

Two new forums were added:
Ban appeals
Squads

Users are now able to post in Events forum with an approval from forum administration.
