Login panel 3.8

This update features some design & UI changes and general improvements.
The empty space in the login screen has been removed along with some labels and hud components.

Gender selection has been added. At the moment, this feature won't differ from a skin changer in Area-69.
Players will no longer be kicked after a certain amount of failed log in attempts. However, the account is going to be temporary locked to them.

Account credential saving has been improved.
Output messages were replaced with notifications.
Usernames can now contain a whitespace character.

Fixed login panel sometimes not disappearing after logging in.
Fixed players not being able to register an account after account wipe.
