Squads 1.1

This update includes many bug fixes and some small new features.

Members list will now display the date of the last known visit for each squad member.
Added the blips button which will mark every squad member on the map.
Added a help button.
Fixed bugs regarding the players with altered nicknames.
Spawn squad members perk now teleports only the players who are outside.
Added support for squads with whitespace character in their names.
Number of maximum squad applications is now limited to 10.
Minimum amount of money that you can deposit into the squad budget is now 1000 $.
Many other bug fixes and optimizations.
