New commands

/getpos command will now display the city and zone which you are in.
Fixed a bug where level bar would be toggled incorrectly when entering the full-screen mode.
Lag command has been improved, it will now automatically disable shaders and zombie sounds. This command is now displayed in the server tips.
Added a /mark [x, y, z] command. You can create a custom blip in the specified location. If you type /mark without any coordinates, the blip will be removed.
Added a /showfps command which will display your current FPS (frames per second).
