Laser pointers 3.0

This is the third version of our laser pointers system.
This system uses various calculations to place the laser points as accurately as possible, however using the laser pointer is now a lot more resource hungry so we do not recommend to use it for people with weaker computers.
Laser pointers automatically turn off when player enters a vehicle.

/lag command is now more effective since it will now destroy every laser pointer.
