Login panel 3.0

Login panel 3.0 has been released after a long break.
Using saving system 2.0 we were able to set some extra data and create a password reminder function.
When registering you can enter your email (If you are having problems with remembering your password) and if you forget it, you can later send a key to your email which will allow you to change your password. Make sure you enter everything correctly because anti-spam delay is set to 5 minutes.
