Your ping maybe doesn't interest when you are talking about crash. Tell us what's the crash message and maybe we can help you.

Sometimes it may happen around a large horde of zombies or near a nemesis . I would recommend disabling some of Your setting and setting default render distance from F1>settings menu , I will also recommend following Blizzard's Guide on Boosting FPS.

Please tell I have no modes installed either its crashing when I'm in charge arena or nemesis area!??!!?
