Levels system 4.0

This new version of our levels system packs a bunch of improvements and a few addons.
When you level up, a nice on-screen text will appear showing some level information.
A level-up sound has been added.
Level bar was rewritten and now uses different calculations to calculate the level percentage. New level will start from 0 %.
Removed level 0.
