From the conversation you posted, it looks like the defendant is asking for Coins, not money. Do you have any evidence of the defendant agreeing to send you Coins?

Yes he agreed, and he asked to be sent immediately, after being sent he quit / logged out, after that he logged in again without coins in my account no coins entered

You may have misunderstood the deal. In the second screenshot, it can be seen that the defendant asked for Coins, not money. Mistakenly sending someone money is not considered as being scammed.
