A few improvements were added to the chat system:

Changed squad chat timeout to 3 seconds.
Removed message repeating restriction.
Chat notifications can now be translated.
Added /gc command to post a message in global chat even while being in a language chat room.

My prayers have been granted!

There we go... finally a relief! Much oblidged. :3

I think that /gc will be useful
