Reporting Guide

Report staff members who are abusing the rules here.
We always strive to ensure the best atmosphere and fairness to everyone in our community. Players as well as staff members should act within the simple set of rules. Unfortunately, it is not always the case that those rules are being adhered to. This forum is meant for those who have witnessed such cases.

How does the report process work?
Simply fill in a form when creating a new topic. A staff member will review your report and provide you the feedback.
If the defendant is found guilty, an appropriate sanction will be applied.
If you are posting on someone's behalf, please include their account name in the description.
Please do not send private messages to staff members or create multiple topics if your report does not receive an immediate response.

Where to find the server rules?
Server rules can be found in help panel (F9).
These rules are translated into multiple languages, however some languages may contain outdated versions. We highly recommend reading the English version before making reports.

Who may post in a report?
  1. The reporter
  2. The defendant or their representative (addendum B.1)
  3. Staff members
  4. People directly involved
B.1 If the accused is not able to defend themselves, ONE person be represent the defendant.
If no staff member responds to the report within 24 hours, anyone with useful information is allowed to reply.

Reports for chat misuse
Reports for global chat misuse may be reported using our in-game report system (/report) and will generally be handled quicker.
If you decide to report it here, you will also have to provide screenshots of the chat messages.
We do not handle private chat reports for flaming and provoking, if you find someone to be offensive, please use the block feature.

Evidence
Depending on the situation, different forms of evidence may be used, however the evidence must always originate from within Epic-Row. We do not accept Discord or Facebook chat logs or any other information outside of our platform.
The evidence must clearly indicate the offense and the player committing that offense. If, for example, the name of the reported player is not visible in a screenshot, the evidence may deemed insufficient.
The evidence must also be provided within full context, for example, if the provided chat log or screenshot of a chat contains only the message that is presumed to be the source of the offense, but does not contain any messages leading up to that offense, we may consider such evidence insufficient.

Slander/fake evidence
If the provided evidence turns out to be fake or if the claims are slanderous and demonstrably false, sanctions may be applied to the reporter.

How to report a forum post?
Please refer to the forum rules topic.

If a player kills you you'll keep you're money
Player's can't actually kill each other unless they threw grenades near someone's car.
But as Blizzard said, you don't lose you're money when you die but you'll lose you're weapons.
If a player is trying to kill you and think he will repeat, you can ask to blizzard123 for "Spectate" you to see what the player is doing.

He can only punish the player if he see the player committing the irregularity.
You know i believe every admin should allocates time for spectating players to see who is breaking rules and who who is not
