Report for kill

Hi, i report Ulises and Manlock3020 for kill other users. Ulises kill more than 30 users. 
Well, I do not see how Manlock3020 destroyed the vehicle. He only damaged it. While for Ulisses, it seems like he isn't pointing his mini-gun at the explosion but we will start a further investigation to him.
